Codemasters Online has announced that it is to expand its existing internal customer services facility with an additional 30 posts as all functions are brought in-house. The move will enable the company to directly manage customer care, it said in a statement, while all aspects of that arm of the company are being “completely reviewed”. “I am very pleased to announce this next step in Codemasters Online’s growth,” said David Solari, VP and GM for the company. “Bringing the online game support in-house has been something we have been working on for some time and we are all very excited at this landmark event.
