Dragon Throne: Battle of Red Cliffs is an RTS that depicts a turbulent and chaotic time in Chinese history. Through three individual campaigns, players control their kingdom's armies and wage war for supremacy as either one of three warlords -- Lui Bei, Sun Quan, or Cao Cao -- men who played a pivotal role in ancient China. Lead your kingdom in building your regime, developing new technologies, establishing strategic alliances, and creating a mighty army in attempt to control the Three Kingdoms and reunify the nation. Warriors can choose from more than 40 skills; multi-map system has two map windows to separate the battlefield from city development; management factors include domestic policies, diplomacy, science, and trade -- all of which can affect your kingdom's overall state; all 3D graphics and animations are rendered and modeled according to Chinese history; and the tech-tree is composed of some 100 items of technology extracted directly from the social reality of the Three Kingdoms period. -- GamePro
