Innovation Smart Joy Emulator Adapter

So you've found yourself an emulator and you've got Metal Gear Solid running on your PC. But the controls bite when using a standard PC gamepad.
What's a gamer to do? Grab yourself a little Smart Joy and plug your PlayStation or N64 controllers right into your PC's game port. The SmartJoy is a little box that plugs into the gameport of a PC and then N64 and PlayStation controls are attached. It uses the standard Windows controller drivers.
This thing actually works pretty well, although it took a while to get it set up--since its instructions consist of a single photocopy with some Windows screen shots.
But once it was running, it was quite a neat trick playing emulated games-and Windows games-with console controllers.-- Joel Strauch / GamePro
