Here are some new screenshots of TalonSoft's upcoming foray into the seedy and action-packed world of organized crime, Mafia: La Cosa Nostra. Set in a fictional American city called Lost Heaven, Mafia puts you in the shoes of a foot soldier in the army of mob boss Don Salieri as you take on assignments and work your way up to become a "made" man. The developers have recently rebuilt the game's engine to bring out all the gritty realism of the 1930's underworld, from shady bars to swanky hotels. The lead is going to fly when Mafia: La Cosa Nostra takes to the streets in early 2001.
